We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor to work on behalf of our client on a large commercial office contract across London.
Working for one of the UK's leading Facility Management companies, our client has recently mobilised a brand-new contract across London of 174 sites.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within a commercial background and have previous supervisory experience.
Job Details.
- Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor
- Monday to Friday - 8AM / 5PM
- Salary: £42,000 + Overtime
- Van, Fuel Card, PDA, Laptop
- Supervising a team of 8 Air Conditioning Engineers & 1 Chiller Engineer
Job specific accountabilities.
- Supervise Air conditioning maintenance & reactive work across several large commercial sites.
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Supervise pre-planned maintenance, attend service call, diagnosing and repairing faults with air conditioning and refrigeration in commercial and industrial environments
- Provide technical support to other engineers
- Keeping logbooks up to date
- Issue RAMS and ensure SLA's are achieved.
Qualifications / Experience.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation
- F-Gas
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing a team of engineers on a mobile basis.
