Business Development Manager - Social Housing & FM
Scotland & North East
£40 - £45k dependent on relevant experience plus commission

Growing company is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing business selling services to the social housing, corporate property and insolvency practices across Scotland and the North East.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of selling either product or services into these sectors, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop great relationships, which will convert into sales.
You will be responsible for generating sales within the Scottish Regions & North East and will plan your sales strategy.
You will need previous experience in the following:
- Book your own appointments and generate leads
- Visiting clients
- Delivering presentation
- Write accurate written quotations
- Ability to close the sale
- Have existing relationships with buyers/procurement teams/senior project managers within construction and demolition sector

You need a full UK driving license and be comfortable with traveling to cover both the Scottish Regions and North East as this will be your patch. With one day in each of the offices.
In return, you can expect a salary between £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience, plus commission. You will also receive a car allowance and benefits.
