We are recruiting for a handyperson, ideally from a fabric background based in Kettering working on a resident site covering all general low level fabric maintenance assisting all engineers on site, start ASAP for circa 2 weeks, Monday – Friday 40.00 hours per week Pay rate is £11.50ph PAYE

The position is a temporary role for circa 2 weeks paying circa £11.50/hr. Day work Mon-Fri.
Description:
The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to commercial and retail facilities, this will include:
- lighting and emergency lighting checks
- lamping
- project small works installation
- handyperson duties and fabric maintenance
- building services upkeep
- assisting and working with qualified engineers
Requirements:
Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills
maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks
pro-active attitude
