PRS are now seeking a Skilled CSCS Labourer to become a key member of a high-paced construction team. You will be responsible for small handyman tasks and assisting tradesman in a fast-paced construction environment.
You must be able to drive and have your own hand tools
This is a full time position for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
To communicate any problems to the Management
Flexible on overtime when required
Operate equipment in line with health and safety regulations
Happy to undertake daily tasks of Cleaning the site/welfare/offices etc as well as any small handyman works
Owning of Basic Tools (Hand tools/cordless power tool set)
Ensure good housekeeping and manufacturing practices
Carry out all reasonable production related requests as instructed by the Line Supervisor
Where appropriate, you will be expected to support colleagues as requested to cover holidays and sickness
Ensure Health and Safety at Work regulations are complied with
Any other duties required by the Line Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
CSCS Card is essential
Pasma platforms ticket essential
Manual Handling certificate
Abrasive wheels certificate
Physically fit
Own tools
Driving license and own vehicle
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Knowledge of the industry
KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
Must be able to think proactively
Keen eye for detail
Able to prioritise workload
Team player, and ability to work individually
Self-motivated
Good time keeping skills
You must be able to drive and have your own hand tools
