Our client who are a growing HVAC design, install and service company based in The Midlands are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Heating and Ventilation Sales Representative to effectively manage and develop new and existing account customers within the home builder market.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a comprehensive knowledge of the HVAC Industry, account management/sales experience and a strong skill set in building rapport with customers as well as team members.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Promote the companies Air Conditioning Division to the commercial maintenance and builder market, both internally and externally.
- Provide ongoing account management to existing account base. Develop a Sales Plan.
- Develop new account customers and identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Achieve budgets, goals and objectives to insure profitability and sales growth.
- Create and submit client quotations, submissions, air conditioning mark ups and technical documentation.
- Provide customer service and technical product solutions.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is completed in accordance with the required regulatory industry standards.
- Follow company policy and procedures, and complete any ad hoc duties as required.
Experience:
- Experience working within the HVAC industry
- Proven success with implementing sales strategies and account plans generating profitable sales/revenues
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment participating to the growth of the division
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and the personal drive to succeed, an individual who uses initiative to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Package:
- £25,000 - £30,000 + commission
