We are recruiting for x2 Testing Supervisors to oversee the Covid-19 testing sites and operations on a large scale multi-building facility. Extensive training will be provided to ensure each Supervisor is confident in the delivery of their duties. Training will entail online CV-19 testing and test recording training via a certified course plus onsite safety, CV-19, first aid etc.
Details of Position
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
All posts will need to work 8am to 8pm (12 hrs per day)
Monday 30th November to Wednesday 9th December (8 working days)
Car parking will be available (without charge) – NB: spaces are not guaranteed.
Up to £14/hr
Testing Supervisor Descriptions
Supervise the end-to-end testing process and assure that it is compliant with the SOP and with appropriate regulations
Requirements
A background/experience in clinical or medical health, or lab management
• Must have good communication and management skills
• Ideally experience in virology, infectious diseases, clinical audits, quality management systems, training and development of SOPs

Supervise the end-to-end testing process and assure that it is compliant with the SOP and with appropriate regulations
- Reviewing test staff planning including rota, cross coverage and leave plans
- Review service delivery plans relating to sample analysis, results recording and reporting
- Establish and maintain a quality management system for the testing site
- Accountable for site quality governance including incident reporting, assessments, and risk mitigation
- Support Site Manager to ensure that health and safety guidance is appropriately followed
- Review compliance with all infection control and clinical waste disposal procedures
- Work with Site Manager to ensure that stock levels are adequately maintained
