Title: Mobile Cleaning and Waste Operative

Location: Bristol, Swindon, Newport, Weston Super Mare and surrounding areas

Salary: £20,000 per annum + Overtime + Commercial Van

Hours: 42hrs +overtime at time and a half (overtime includes evening, nights and weekends)

Duration: Permanent




Our client is a national leader in specialist and emergency cleaning and waste services, who are now looking to recruit operators to join their business on a full time basis, working across the South East Region. The business is entering a period of exciting growth and their unique product offering means that they are a market leader in deep cleaning and decontamination services in the UK.

About the Role:

  • Carrying out cleaning and waste tasks for customers
  • Using equipment such as vacs, floor scrubbers, jet washers
  • Conducting deep cleaning services for all types of businesses
  • Clearing a variety of waste services for customers
  • Responding to emergency situations e.g. floods and fire
  • Regular travel to various customer sites across the region
  • Undertaking manual tasks as part of your daily routine



Essentials

  • Experience in cleaning and waste roles is preferred but not essential
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Able to be able to use everyday technology tools such as tablets and mobile phones
  • A good driving history record is essential



Please note this role will include having to clean sites that have had previous traumas, so the ideal candidate cannot be faint at heart.
