Job Title: Account Director- London
Salary: £50,000pa basic plus commission, benefits and bonus
Location: London
A growing recruitment agency is looking for a senior account director from facilities management or property outsourcing to be part of the company’s growth and development.
About the role:
You will bring with you a wealth of experience in the facilities management/ property sector in order to lead a small team, build on an existing desk and create long lasting relationships with global clients. You will work autonomously, with support, in order to increase the company’s profile in this sector and carve out a leadership career for yourself within the business.
Skills and Experience:
- Recruitment outsourcing experience
- A background in property/FM recruitment
- Leaderships skills and experience
- Excellent sales skills and proven ability
- A tenacious, forward thinking approach
- Excellent connections, relationships within the sector
