Mechanical Site Manager
Tonbridge
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
£40,000-£50,000 + Company Van + Laptop + Phone
Are you a Mechanically biased site manager looking for a new role?
One of our clients are currently looking for a Fully Qualified and experienced Mechanical Site Manager to manage various sites in London across various different Boroughs.
As one of the leaders in the industry for projects and building services work, the client has many years of work secured for the foreseeable on various London Borough contracts.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Have site-based building services engineering experience and worked as a site Manager in another Facilities role.
- Be able to ensure timely inspections, rectification of issues, and communications with their clients.
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
- Writing of PPM schedules
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
- SSSTS Qualification required
Job Details:
- Mechanical Manager
- Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Working across various sites in London
- Overtime rates negotiable
- Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + Company Van + fuel card + phone + laptop
