Freelance Pre-Construction Project Manager required
We are working with a large Main Contractor that is looking for a Project Manager with extensive Pre-Construction experience.
The project is based in Central London but as this role is during the pre-construction phase this position is not site based.
Role Description
Take the lead role in;
Review the internal design including Dry Lining, Joinery Washroom fit out and general finishes
Options for reducing programme
Options for reducing costs
Running a package specific Risk register
Appointed packages running to programme and obtaining drawing production schedules, sample schedules etc
Familiar in the use of Aconex
Familiar with running design teams
