Mechanical Engineer
£34,000 - £38,000 + Overtime
Surrey
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for an Mechanical maintenance engineer to join part of a larger team on a handful of sites in Surrey. The successful candidate will work a 40 hour week managing all aspects of building services and Mechanical maintenance on the site for one of the countries top Facilities Maintenance companies.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Plumbing duties/plant room checks when required
- General Building services work when required
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or equivalent
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Experience of electrical/plumbing duties (desirable)
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
