Temp to perm - £40,000 per annum
Are you a Facilities Manager with demonstrable experience of delivering hard and soft services? An excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with your client? PRS are recruiting for a Facilities Manager on an immediate start, temp to perm basis, to work at a large static site, managing the facilities provision across a large factory and office location in Stafford.
You will have proven demonstrable experience of managing a team of circa 15, including the mechanical and electrical maintenance team, building maintenance team, and cleaning and administration support. Client focused, and used to working to stringent KPI's and SLA's, and able to manage a fixed budget of £1 million per annum. Some experience working within an industrial/manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
On offer is an immediate start position, in a temp to perm role, to join a hard working and settled team.
