Central London
£70k - £80k plus car allowance

If you've done the rat race of behemoths like JLL, CBRE, Savills or Cushman & Wakefield and want to make a name for yourself in an up-and-coming managing agent organisation this is the Facilities Director role for you.
Working with a well-known City client you'll oversee the modernisation and management of their national estate, leading a team of Regional FMs and subject matter experts and dealing with all the commercials of the estate.
There's a lot of eyes on this contract so do a good job here and there's a lot of scope for your growth with us and recognition in the wider industry.
You're an experienced National FM or Account Director so you know what the day-to-day of this role looks like. Where this role differs is that the client have been keen to upgrade their estate since before COVID hit, so you'll already have their buy-in and a head start when it comes to delivering the tech that's going to make their sites fit for the next generation of the workplace. We just need someone to turn those plans into a reality.
As this is a Director-level position we will need you to have worked in a similar role overseeing a managing agent contract across a multi-site estate before. You'll be based in London but as the client has numerous sites around the UK there will be an element of travelling involved (hence the car) so you will need a UK driving licence.
