Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Swansea
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract, on going, possible temp to perm
Rate: £17ph
Our client is looking for a fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer to work at a sute in Swansea starting ASAP. The role is on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential of the role becaoming permanent.
The role is 4 hours per week with the requirement of working every other weekend. 1 in 4 call out paid at overtime with a £75 call out fee.
Duties:
All electrical works and repairs, ie lighting, power, fault finding, emergency lighting testing and repairs, PAT testing etc.
Plumbing and water safety works ie replacement of taps, unblocking of urinals, in house l8 legionella water safety training and work, cleaning water filters on trainwash, water flushing, chlorination and testing of trainwash water tanks.
Plant checks, basic plant maintenance, fire alarm tests, UPS system checks, taking of fuel samples, assisting and supervising contractors, out of hours emergency call outs.
Qualifications:
Candidates who apply must be fully electrically qualified to City & Guilds level 3 minimum, 17th or 18th edition and 2391 is desirable.
