Missions
L'objectif du Responsable des Opérations est de diriger et d'encadrer l'équipe opérationnelle ainsi que de soutenir le développement stratégique du groupe sur le territoire.
- Coacher et développer les équipes
- Être responsable de votre territoire, développer et gérer le portefeuille de sites et assurer l'excellence opérationnelle et la maximization des revenues.
- Accompagner le développement du groupe en explorant de nouvelles opportunités d’acquisition de sites pour de futures ouvertures.
Le profil idéal
- Vous avez une expérience avérée dans un poste similaire de developement dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ; Immobilier commercial ; co-working et espace de bureaux ; etc..
- Vous devez avoir et une connaissance du marché Français
- Vous avez un esprit stratégique, un sens commercial aigu, de solides compétences relationnelles et de négotiation, une expérience en gestion de budgets, etc.
- Très motivé avec un esprit entrepreneurial et le désir de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel en pleine croissance
