Multi Trade - Temp - Permanent - Barnet - Social Housing - Own Van
£17.50 per hour
You will be required to use your own Vehicle for the first 3 months (Fuel supplied)
Salary when Permanent £30,000.00 + Van, fuel + Benefits
Location - Barnet
This role will involve carrying out Reactive Maintenance throughout occupied social housing properties
The preferred candidate would have experience within Social Housing Maintenance.
Requirements
Good customer service
Driving License
Social Housing/Maintenance experience
