Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Central London
Salary £18.00 per hour + Over Time
Contract type – Ongoing
A leading building services company in woking are currently seeking an additional Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their established maintenance team. Based in Central the successful candidate will be working on a Monday to Friday days only basis and working within a established team of tradesmen on site.
The duties will encompass the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and HVAC systems in both modern and older established environments. These systems and equipment include: Single & three phase power, lighting, emergency lighting & fire alarm testing, AHU’s, heating systems etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance engineer looking to enhance their career within the building services industry. Candidates will need to hold a minimum of City & Guilds or NVQ Electrical Installations certification. Ideally also a requirement for previous experience of working within a maintenance role within the engineering field. You should also have good public facing skills and to have a friendly and team spirit.
Duties will include:
Day to day monitoring of systems
Planned and preventive maintenance
Reactive breakdowns
Client liason
Sub-Contractor Supervision
PPE
Working hours:
8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday
