My client a Managing Agent seeks a General Manager to manage a commercial;building is in excess of 500,000 sq ft.You will have three direct reports that you will be responsible for that will support you to deliver services, as well as wider service partner team on site who you ;will liaise with in order to deliver FM services lines.
Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement including managing delivery of services in demised areas around the building and also overseeing extensive project/refurbishment works, in excess of £20 millon.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be assisting setting and managing service charge budgets, which include a number of different schedules. This is a great opportunity to join a managing agent who has a good reputation and a real desire to provide a “quality service” that is fit for purpose.
