Regional Security Manager

**My client is shortlisting for this role and we will be screening / briefing on position closer to the start date in July/Aug**
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Security Manager. The successful candidate will manage and support the Area Security Managers and take responsibility for delivering a quality security service to the region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Area Managers and delivering the required services within your remit to ensure that a strategic, innovative, efficient and quality service is provided to the client
- Providing a quality service delivery to the client in accordance with company procedures & agreed budget
- Ensuring that the team develops to meet succession planning needs.
- Lead team of Support Managers to ensure they drive the business forward
- Responsible for Health & Safety of all employees and third parties who may be affected by work activities carried out within your specific remit
- Building a network of close partnerships with the client in the region, developing strong account management
- Actively participating in the development of succession planning and ongoing performance management
- Maintaining the Operational budget for the business
Experience required:
- Must hold an SIA Licence
- Proven experience of leading and managing security team managers
- Background within the Security industry
- Track record of working in a similar fast paced and demanding environment
- Strong ability and background in managing client relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports
- Drive, initiative and enthusiasm
