The Company
Our client is a leading provider of cleaning facilities with an impressive commercial real estate portfolio. We are recruiting an Account Director to oversee a number of important contracts based in London.
The Role:
- Our client is looking for a proven Account Director to join this ever-growing team.
- Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery on a Corporate contract with a T/O £4-£5 million plus.
- You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations.
- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- You will understand marketing strategies and purchasing. This contract will see you influencing and interfacing with high profile clients and this must be something you can demonstrate experience with.

- Experience with high profile clients
- Soft services experience is essential
- Management of large teams
- Strong negotiation skills
