£55k - £65k plus £4k car allowance

There seems to be a new Facilities Manager job advertised every other day, all promising the earth, so what makes this one different?

For one, we're honest about the challenge you'll face. This is a new client for us, a marquee contract, with a lot of prestige and a lot of pressure attached, the sort of contract you can make your name on. We're going through one of the biggest mobilisations we've ever done to ensure everything works smoothly from day one, and you'll be looking after a high profile account, managing it the way you see fit.

Two, the client themselves is going through a period of change, you will help shape how their portfolio and entire brand is perceived in the future. Day to day you'll work closely with the client's in-house teams and the majority of your time will be spent in their sites across London, this isn't an arm's length contract so you will have a real impact.

Three, we're here to make your job easier. From our in-house CAFM system to the experienced facilities, energy, compliance and supply chain team you'll work with we're all pulling in the same direction.

And finally, the opportunity is real. As touched on earlier this contract is one of our marquee projects with a high profile international organisation, do a good job here and there's a lot of scope for your growth and recognition in the industry.

As this is such a high profile position we will need you to have worked in a similar job overseeing facilities management across a multi-site estate before. Delivering outstanding customer service is crucial with this Regional Facilities Manager role so to make this work you'll genuinely need to enjoy and take pride in that aspect of your role.
You'll be working across central London and the Home Counties covering around 20 sites so there will be an element of travelling involved (hence the car) and you will need a UK driving licence.
