My client a managing agent seeks an SFM with experience managing other FM's overseeing the the delivery of FM services on a mainly office. You will be responsible for sites all located in a pocket of Central London.You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with the owners of the portfolio too.
You will report to a Head of FM and there is certainly scope to grow and develop in the role TOO.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
