We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a well-established and growing company based in Wakefield. The Administrator will be in charge of scheduling planned compliance work and will work alongside the helpdesk operatives who take incoming calls regarding reactive breakdown.
The compliance work is booking in statutory weekly, monthly and annual ppm's as well as insurance inspections with the customers utilizing both internal engineering staff and external subcontractors.
This is a busy role and you may need to assist the helpdesk during busy periods working with a varied and busy clientele including schools, retail, student accommodation, restaurants, offices etc.
The working hours for this role are early at 7am - 4pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch)
Main duties of the job:
- Booking in PPM jobs with the engineering team
- Liaising with external subcontractors as required
- High levels of organisation and keeping detail spreadsheets of work that is upcoming and needing doing so it is all completed in a timely manner
- Ordering certificates and keeping detailed paperwork for audits
- Supporting the helpdesk when busy
- Following up with the customers to make sure they are happy with the work
