Head of CAFM
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of CAFM to join a leading Facilities Management business in London
As a Head of CAFM you will lead a digital CAFM implementation team in upgrading the current CAFM system and standardising efficient processes throughout the business which will enable them to improve workflow and improve on how they store, handle and use data across all the project portfolio which will support growth and enable Building Services to be a market leader in Asset Management.
Working from London you will also be travelling nationwide on a regular basis visiting the building services project portfolio

Summary

- Salary £75,000 - £80,000 + Car + Bonus
- London with regional travel to multiple sites within the Facilities portfolio

My client is looking for a CAFM subject matter expert with expert leadership skills and CAFM implementation strategy experience
Duties Include:
- To ensure that all assets are managed consistently across the business
- Analyse Asset performance
- Data and systems analysis using a sustainable and energy efficient approach
- Review and rationalise business systems and process
- Manage the Asset Management Strategy for Building Services incorporating the CAFM systems and improving statutory reporting
- CAFM system upgrade and other business improvement processes in relation to Asset management systems and reporting
Qualifications/Requirements
- Suitable Industry qualification
- Experienced in leading multiple portfolio
- Expert Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Knowledge and experience of management of a CAFM implementation team
- Knowledge and experience using Concept Evolution (Advantage)
- Energy Management experience.
- Health & Safety Risk Assessments, IOSH Managing Safety
- A good knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
