Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
Monday - Friday, 8am/5pm
£42,000 per annum, overtime in abundance
Van/Fuel Card/PDA
Due to imminent business growth our client is seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join an existing team of engineers overseeing large commercial contracts covering Essex, Home Counties and parts of London.
Job Details
- Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
- Monday - Friday, 8am/5pm
- Covering large commercial contracts
- Overtime in abundance
- £42,000 per annum
Job specific accountabilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance program
- Carry out reactive maintenance works
- To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times
- Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work
- Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation
- Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
- Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly
- Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Qualifications / Experience
- Commercial Gas qualifications (essential)
- Commercial Catering qualifications (desirable)
- Previous experience within the FM industry and building services knowledge
