The Finegreen Group are currently supporting the substantive recruitment of a Senior Estates and Facilities professional, this person will have extensive experience operating at Deputy/Associate Director level in the NHS or a Healthcare Service Provider environment. The candidate will have in depth experience in Contracting and Commercial arrangements related to PFI Hospital sites.
My client is an established, successful NHS Trust based in London. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Trust Management Team in the development, direction and leadership of a high quality commercial and contract management function.
The Deputy Director will support in all aspects of Estates and Facilities and will be responsible for the delivery of highest quality management of the core team, formulating longer term strategies and new efficient ways of working that deliver high customer and staff satisfaction levels, and services that are seen as value for money.

Person Specification:
- Knowledge of NHS policy in relation to commercial ventures and engaging with the private sector; also, strategic issues within the profession and across the NHS;
- Postgraduate specialist training, development and/or equivalent level, expert knowledge of commercial delivery vehicles and contract management;
- Demonstrable experience of operating at or close to Board Level;
- Proven track record of sound commercial and contract management including development of effective strategies within a large complex organisation.
- CCAB Qualification and current professional registration is desirable.
