My client is looking for a Business Improvement Co-ordinator to work as part of a prestigious commercial contract in the North West. Working along side the maintenance manager, the main function of the role is to spin CAFM data into business improvement reports, identifying ways to improve service and implement cost savings.
Duties of the role include:
- Intelligence reporting from the CAFM system (Maximo)
- High level meetings with the Account Director and Maintenance Manager to report findings and suggest improvements
- Identifying cost savings to maximise on the profitability of the contract
- Develop and implement new business processes and practices across the contract
- Reporting on compliance
- Highlighting issues and trends to the operational managers so changes can be made to the process
- Managing the database
- Staff analysis of skills and utilisation of those skills on the contract
- Looking for efficiencies in the process to improve services delivery and customer experience
- Man management of a small team of administration staff
Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following details and experience:
- Process drive background
- Strong CAFM skills - Maximo is desirable but not essential
- Good financial understanding
- Detail orientated
- Strong communicator
