Senior Facilities Coordinator

Salary £35,000- £40,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Senior Facilities Coordinator based on a large site in Basingstoke for one of the UKs leading facilities management companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services.
As a company they will provide a competitive salary, excellent progression as well as the chance to work for one of the biggest names in the FM industry.
Key Tasks will include :
- Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and company requirements on site
- Work with Cluster Manager to coordinate local client budgets / forecasting and report any out-of-line situations
- Approve invoices; goods received notes and statements for payment purposes
- Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
- Conduct monthly self-assessment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance requirements
The ideal candidate will :
- Ideally hold an engineering or technical qualification and experience of managing technical service deliver
- Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry
- Commercial awareness
- Budget Management
- Experience of delivering technical services and small projects.
