PRS are currently looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer to join a multi static site in Cardiff.
This is a permanent position and you be required to work on a split shift basis which is as follows:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
08:00 - 16:00
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, your duties will include:Both PPM and reactive maintenance
Qualifications/Skills
Ideally, the Multi Skilled Engineer will hold a formal technical qualification (preferably electrical)
To apply for this position, you must be able to pass a full security check due to the nature of the site.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £26,500.

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, your duties will include:Both PPM and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and servicing
- Carrying out minor repairs and fault finding to the buildings as required
- Regular checks to ensure fire alarms are working in order as well management of fire drills/fire alarm testing
- General building services maintenance
- Must be willing to participate in an out of hours call out rota
Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience in M&E aspects of general building PPM schedules
- Excellent problem solving and fault finding skills
