Technical Services Director
£80k - £110k plus bonus
Manchester
We're aiming to shake up the FM sector, we have a great team and a strong brand to build on but need the right person to guide us to success - that's where you come in.
As Technical Service Director you'll get to be front and centre of shaping the direction we're going to take, driving new strategies and invigorating our people, whilst supporting existing and new clients with a great service.
If you're thinking that's a big ask - you're right. This is going to be a challenging role, striking that delicate balance between keeping hold of all the things we already do well and incorporating exciting new elements and areas of growth.
The opportunity for you is going to be heading up that expansion. If you're looking for the sort of job where in 5 years you can look back and realistically measure how much you've contributed to an organisation this is it.
You won't be doing this alone though. You'll have the backing of the Group CEO, senior management team and the support of a well-established, high achieving hard FM team to rely on.
