Regional Operations Manager

Our client is are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a key contract with a number of sites in the west area of London. As the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of all Facilities Services across the region including Catering.
Role
- Effectively manage the FM team at each site, ensuring the engagement of staff to support the delivery of exemplary facilities services.
- Have a strong working relationship with the client’s business and endure that quality facilities services are provided
- Have ability to identify new business opportunities by delivering operational excellence within the contract
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve continuous improvement with a strong focus on health and safety
Person
- Proven experience of managing large and diverse IFM site service delivery teams
- Experience in an integrated facilities management role covering Hard, Soft and Catering Services
- Experience in working in a matrix delivery environment
- Excellent client relationship management
- NEBOSH general certificate
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills
