Business Unit Coordinator
Southwark
Monday to Friday – 8AM : 5PM
Salary: 30K – 33K per Annum
Our client is looking for a strong and dynamic Business Unit Coordinator to join there ever growing successful business unit.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the leadership team including Business Development Manager and Business Unit Manager whilst also leasing with the contract support, Contract Managers and Facilities Managers on a daily basis.
Job Specifications:
- Support day to day running of the business unit.
- Liaise with individual contracts assisting with Contract Tender’s, P&L, General Business Support, General Administrative duties.
- Assist both Contract Support and Helpdesk across the business ensuring all aspects of the business are run successfully.
- Liaising with individual clients to ensure all demands are met both on time and to a high standard.

- Computer literacy

- A positive approach, with the determination to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment
- FM Industry specific knowledge.
