My client is a successful and reputable contractor working within the SH market. We are looking for a Voids Supervisor.
Duties include -
- Ensure that voids turnovers are delivered on time, and on budget, operating to a Client specified turnover time
- Supervise Trades Operatives and sub-contractors undertaking all aspects of voids maintenance
- Closely manage individual operative, trade and team productivity in line with agreed targets and quality of work via one-to-one supervision and team meetings
- Effectively manage and oversee the operational activity of voids working within Client specification and providing a first class service to our customers
- Ensure employees within your remit work to Client budgetary and policy constraints, the relevant contract terms, conditions and specification, bearing in mind health, safety and environment related policies and procedures
- Carry out Health & Safety Risk Assessments as necessary.
