Mechanical Installation Engineer / HVAC Installation Engineer
£20 - £25 per hour (£45-50k)
Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am
Van/Fuel Card/PDA/PPE/Company Card
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity with one of the biggest FM companies in the UK on one of London and TFL’s most prestigious contracts.
They are looking for Mechanical Installation Engineers / HVAC Installation Engineer to join their Installation & Service team where you will be required to;
- Carry out mechanical / HVAC installations
- Testing and Inspections
- Ongoing servicing and on the job repair of mechanical / HVAC faults to job specification and customer requirements
- Completing all necessary documentation and reporting
- Keeping accurate job records and passing information to internal teams if there are repetitive faults
- Carrying out all works to a high standard whilst complying with all relevant health and safety requirements
Qualifications or required experience;
- City and Guilds/NVQ in mechanical or Air Conditioning capacity
- Demonstrate experience in installation and repair of a wide and varied range of mechanical / HVAC systems
- London underground or rail experience (desirable)
- F-Gas (desirable)
- Previous experience within the facilities management industry
