The Role
My client is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager in the Facilities Sector to provide commercial leadership across their clients’ sites including; customer negotiations, developing and managing variations/change control and other contract mechanisms. You will also work with service-providers and sub-contractors to negotiate the best possible deals whilst maintaining positive relationships. Security clearance is required, so anyone with prior convictions need not apply.

You will be joining a client-side company delivering total facilities services on public sector sites around the South-East of England. Required Attributes
MCIPS, CIPS, IACCM or other such commercial qualification.
Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Proficient commercial experience covering the entire end-to-end contracting life cycle including procurement, contract and supplier management.
Ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Knowledge of public procurement legislation.
Benefits
This position comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 plus package.
