London - Permanent Contract

All about you…
We are looking for an industry professional with experience in Technical Recruitment to join us as we grow and devlop or technical recruitment. We are actively working with some of London's largest companies so you will be walking into a warm desk, with huge potential to move the desk forward.
You need to be resilient, open and excellent at building and nurturing relationships. An excellent listener and a great talker too. You will need to excel in handling multiple projects and deadlines and taking action with a genuine sense of urgency while remaining cool.
You Need
- Be career driven and have the want to succeed in rapidly expanding business
- Have at least 2-3 years of tech recruitment experience
- To be approachable and friendly
- The ability to work independently
- To have been involved in some sort of recruitment, ideally at a management level
- Be result driven and have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed
- To take ownership of your clients, and provide a high level of service exceeding expectations of both candidates and clients
- Able to manage the existing database whilst developing new business
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal & written
