Tenant Services Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client-facing individual to manage the engineering and maintenance of one of London’s prestigious buildings for one of the UKs leading facilities management companies. 

As a company they will provide a competitive salary, excellent progression as well as the chance to work for one of the biggest names in the FM industry.

The Tenant Services Managers duties will include: 


  • Attend meetings on weekly / monthly basis with tenants and the service provider
  • Undertake monthly contractor review meetings and measuring performance through agreed KPI's 
  • Ensure all site activities are compliant with legislative requirements
  • Liaise between the tenants and the Engineering manager to ensure work in done in a timely manor and to the highest standard 
  • Work alongside the engineering manager and helpdesk team to ensure client expectation and SLAs are met
  • Provide quotes for tenants for any extra works they require 

Ideally you will come from a technical background (electrical or mechanical) and have the relevant qualifications 

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous due to the size of the building and contract
