£60,000 - £80,000 plus commission
My client is looking to expand a successful team and build on their current success in the market place – as well as expanding into new ones!
We are recruiting a proactive experienced Snr Business Development Manager to bring in new business to the company but also assist them in building their brand and market profile.
We are looking for candidates who are hungry for both success and development who can progress with the business.
Identification, generation and sales conversion to meet sales and margin targets through sustainable profit and to actively manage the sales process from identification to order.

- Must have at least 5 years proven success and experience in a similar role and security industry
- Constant & effective target achiever and closer
- Technical and innovative mind to provide real customer solutions
- Up to date with the industry, latest trends and best practices
- Commercial astuteness / experience and understanding of FM industry
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines
