Together with a leading property management firm, Beach Baker Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 2 Large multi tenanted commercial office blocks located in the City of London. You will be responsible for day to day management of both properties, include all hard and soft services and H&S compliance. You will act as the first point of contact for tenants, staff, contractors and suppliers. You will also ensure the budget is managed and reviewed regularly.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in H&S compliance and will have previously worked within in multi tenanted environment. You will be familiar with service charge budget preparation and management. We are looking for a confident and capable candidate with strong communication skills.
