The Role: F&B Leasing Manager
Sector: Hospitality Property
Location: London / Nationwide
Salary: £50,000pa + Bonus
I am working on this fantastic opportunity for an F&B Leasing Manager to join a growing and successful REIT. This roles requires a self-starter with the confidence and knowledge to be able to knock on doors and create opportunities.
The incoming candidate will need to be genuinely passionate about F&B businesses and ideally have detailed working knowledge of them. Understanding your clients’ business will ultimately lead to your success, so exposure to P&Ls for F&B businesses would be a huge advantage.
As Leasing Manager you will tasked with sourcing and assessing potential occupants for very high quality, modern units within top class developments. You will of course need to ‘seal the deal’ too and be the main point of contact for clients all the way through.
The company owns and runs a significant portfolio across the UK and is present in key destinations and you will be able to use their fabulous reputation as a springboard for your own success in the role. There is also a very clear development pipeline with brand new units being released which attract large audiences and genuinely provide what the customer wants.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
- Sourcing and Engaging with local F&B business owners
- Confident self-starter with experience in leasehold management
- Exposure to F&B Operations / Lease agreements
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Ability to close a sale
This is a great opportunity for and ambitious property manager to hone their skills and drive their own success. You will not be micro-managed so will need the ability to operate independently but at the same time, you will be in a team made up of some of the best in the business.
