THIS IS A TEMP - PERM POSITION
Working for one of the UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical / Facilities Management maintenance companies. The company can offer excellent levels of job security, real and attainable career development and the chance to work on large blue chip clients buildings.
They are looking for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to work on their Edinburgh based healthcare site.
You will be carrying out a range of air conditioning maintenance. This could be anything from the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of the systems on site. This will be attained by PPM and Reactive Maintenance. The types of systems will include Splits, Multi-splits, VRV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and some Ductwork and basic plumbing.
The role will be working full time between 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri, with an out of hours on call rota
You will be required to have:
Minimum 3 years experience
FGas Qualification
NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration level 2 or 3
17th edition (Preferred but not essential)
Full Valid Driving Licence
Current Enhanced DBS/Background check certificate (Desired not Essential as a new one will be done)
