We're a well-regarded healthcare company with sites across Central London looking to expand or in-house facilities engineering team. Reporting into the Chief Engineer in your new Building Maintenance Technician position you'll look after electrical PPM and reactive works at our site based in Harley Street.
No two days will be the same, your duties can vary from basic works like light fittings and fuse repairs up to HVAC and AHU maintenance and coordinating small works projects with external contractors. Whilst everyone in the engineering team has their own roles they do enjoy helping each other out so there will be the opportunity to get your hands on mechanical, plumbing and building fabric works too.
As our new Maintenance Technician you'll be working in a busy hospital and will have a lot of contact with medical professionals and members of the public. All our staff take pride in providing excellent customer service and comfort for our clients at what can be a difficult time for them and we'll be looking for you to do the same.
All About You
We'd love to hear from people with a building maintenance or facilities background.
As the Building Maintenance Technician role is electrically-biased you will need your 17th or 18th Edition for us to be able to consider you.
Experience working in a healthcare environment would be a bonus but we're keen to speak to Engineers or Technicians from any customer facing setting so retail, hospitality, education or corporate offices would all be good.

£28k - £35k salary (dependent upon experience)
