Our client is a leading Cleaning company you provide services to a number of clients across Surrey and East Sussex.
Role:
- Proactive involvement with all training delivery onsite including cross training of other service providers.
- Maintain an in-depth and comprehensive daily quality control procedure utilising electronic auditing systems for all clients and contracts
- Create action plans and manage outcome to completion to ensure service levels are met.
- Identify and analyse trends via the client portal and tailor training
- Provide all machinery and equipment training to the immediate team
- Ensure full compliance and sign off and create easy to follow, step-by-step, guide for future reference.
- Support Site Managers to ensure the upkeep of all Team storage areas.
- Proactive attitude to Health and safety issues relating to the individual, team, and customers.

- Be proactive and accountable in your approach to the role.
- Lead by example, to ensure we always exceed our client’s expectations.
- Experience of Operational Management is preferred but not essential.
