IFM Facilities Manager - Cork
Salary: €55,000 - €62,000 benefits
My client is a leading Facilities Management business with a brilliant opportunity that has arisen for a confident, ambitious and focused individual to join the as an IFMFacilities Manager. This is a critical role which requires a self-assured ‘people person’ to develop client relationships.
My client is looking for a Facilities Manager with extensive experience dealing in Integrated Facilities Management, assisting with the development and delivery of business opportunities and customer service excellence working within a key account focused structure.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
To provide thought leadership on all IFM service deliver
Managing hard and soft services
Compliant management of sub-contractors, third party suppliers
Undertake performance management reviews and action any training or development required.
Conduct recruitment interviews to ensure management vacancies are filled with suitable staff.
Budgeting and full P&L.
Track record of success in operations.
Professionally presented.
Skills
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to devise and manage P&L account
Considerable experience in sector contracting and sector technical service delivery
Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
PC literate – understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
Communication and presentation skills
Good team player
Able to command credibility and be able to influence
Proven management skills
Must have experience managing HARD services
