My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing business due to full and busy book, they are increasing their team to keep up with demand. The client is an SME based in West Yorkshire who pride themselves in fantastic customer service and a high standard of work and it's on this basis they have grown and continue to gain new contracts owing to their great reputation.

The role of Electrical Engineer is for an experienced individual who can work both independently and along side and improver to deliver both project and maintenance work. Travelling up and down the country, you will be required to work away 1-2 weeks a months to complete electrical refurbishments and small works on a variety of commercial properties as well as fixed wire and PAT testing. Maintenance work also makes up a large part of the company order book and so you will complete planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical aspects of the company building portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:


  • City and Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Engineering Discipline
  • 2391 Test and Inspection desirable
  • 17 th or 18 th Edition
  • Experience in both commercial installation and commercia maintenance work
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willing to travel around the UK
