A position for a bright and forward-thinking psychology graduate with a passion for data has arisen at a world leading real estate business. You will be working within an established workplace PMO team and will focus on developing methods, tools, actionable insights to create leading workplace strategies.
You will be a strong people person with excellent communication skills; you will need to be able to interpret workplace data (space utilization studies, building occupancy levels, space studies etc) and then be able to articulately explain the trends to the client.
A psychology background is important - and previous consulting experience is a bonus - the workplace strategy is all focused on how workplaces can improve staff welfare and productivity.
