Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Static (Leadenhall Street)
£37k - £39k
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK.
We are looking to recruit a Lead Maintenance Electrical Engineer to work on a prestigious contract covering a site in Leadenhall Street.
You will be working on a large one man site with the support of a mobile team, so some experience of small team management would be an advanatage
Normal working hours Monday-Friday.
- Relevant experience of electrical maintenance
- Relevant experience of electrical supervision
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
- 18th edition
- Carry out and supervise others with PPMs on all M&E tasks
- Provide concise reports to line management and Service Desk where necessary
- Carry out PPM's on FCU's and AHU's
- Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs
- Carry out mechanical repairs
