Contracts Manager
Bristol
Salary; 50-60k + 20% bonus
Working for one the UK’s leading Facility management companies, our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to cover their Bristol portfolio

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of site hard services including; planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and engineering, delivering solutions on time and on budget.
Provide operational and commercial management of the contract, some experience in a critical environment is advantagous but not essential
Key Accountabilities
- Budget responsibility for all hard services
- Performance management of maintenance team against client KPI’s
- Ensure all reactive and quoted jobs are completed with relevant SLA’s and closed down as required
- Management and development of maintenance team through setting clear objectives
- To produce monthly management reports
- To manage all procurement requirements
- Support the maintenance and soft service teams in their roles though effective communication
Ideally you should come from a Mechanical or Electrical background, and have previous experience in a similar contract managers role.
