Store Operations Manager
North Dublin
€35,000
Our client is currently looking for a Store Operations Manager to look after multiple fodo retail stores.
The role will involve ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant units, upholding high quality customer service standards as well as maintaining business revenue and collaborating on delivering the business strategy.
Responsibilities
· Overseeing staff roats, traning developemtna nd recruitment of team alongside HR.
· Leading your team with a hands on appraoch and ensuring shift leaders are trained effectively to do so in your absence.
· Monitoring the progress and quality of the activities and making adjustments in the case of deviations
· Making (draft) budgets
· Monitoring realisation, detecting deviations and making adjustments
· Performing service duties according to the timetable
· Ensure the security of the premises, cash and stock
· Communicating changes and decisions to assistant store managers and employees;
· Monitoring compliance with ARBO (health and safety) regulations, HACCP standards and other standards governing working methods and presentation.
· Demonstrated ability to delegate and follow up on both routine and important tasks and decisions, while broadly sharing responsibility, accountability and recognition
Experience
· Minimum three years experience at a senior level in a similar faced paced environment
· Previous experience in the International Food & Beverage Industry preferable
· Proven track record managing large diverse teams of supervisors and staff
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer literate is a must, experience in food inventory systems a definite advantage
· Good leadership and communication skills including coaching and mentoring
· Hands on customer focused leader with proven abilities
· Availability to travel as needed in performing job functions
