Business Strategy and Planning Analyst / Business Strategist
We are currently recruiting for a Business Strategist to work for a large FM company reporting in to the Head of Business Strategy and Planning, you will support with the creation of the business strategy for the companies newest and most innovative property management business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a good understanding of Business, has fantastic stakeholder management skills and who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Duties
- Helping to manage the day to day relationship with the client and stakeholders – ensuring our service is responsive to their needs
- Primary focus on working within a team to deliver large, complex and transformational client facing programmes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of personnel, external and internal.
- Working as part of a team to cover over 740 buildings and 90,000 employees
Requirements
- Someone who can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of business and an understanding of the changes that need to happen.
- You will be able to demonstrate your excellent understanding of a transformation programme and how you have been part of this.(e.g. a new property function)
- Ideally you will be degree educated and have previous experience in a consulting role.
- You will be able to use analytics of large datasets or business research – and prepare insights for business leaders using that information.
